The PDF was very long and didn't contain specific details about a "Thien Loc" monastery in Vietnam. Based on my research, the four known Benedictine monasteries in Vietnam are Thien An (Hue), Thien Hoa (Daklak), Thien Binh (Dong Nai), and Thien Phuoc (Ho Chi Minh City). "Thien Loc" in Ha Tinh province appears to be a formation house or dependency associated with the Vietnamese Benedictine Province, nestled in the central Vietnamese countryside.
