The Jubilee will be shaped by what happens in your community. Everything you need to welcome pilgrims, spread the word, and make the most of this moment is gathered here.

For the Benedictine Family

This Is Your Jubilee

No one can celebrate the Jubilee on your behalf. The Confederation can provide a shared identity and resources, but the life of the Jubilee will come from the monasteries themselves. What pilgrims encounter when they arrive at your door, what events take shape in your community, what stories you choose to tell. That is what will make 2029 memorable and lasting.

Make the Jubilee Your Own

The Jubilee will be shaped by what happens on the ground, in communities around the world. Here is how you can take part, whether you are planning something large or simply opening your doors.

Update

Keep your monastery visible to pilgrims. Update your location, contact details, and visiting information so people can find you.

Promote

Download posters, flyers, and social media graphics. Customise them with your own images and event details, and share them freely.

Invite

Host celebrations, liturgies, talks, and events in your community. Let us know what you are planning and we will share it with pilgrims across the Benedictine family.

Create

Write, compose, paint, or film. Contribute something that captures your community and your tradition, and leave a legacy beyond 2029.

Jubilee Branding

A Shared Identity for a Global Family

The Benedictine Jubilee identity has been designed to unite communities across languages and cultures while leaving room for local expression. Logos, colours, typefaces, and templates are all available to download and use freely. Whether you are printing a banner for your church or posting on social media, the Jubilee should look and feel like it belongs to you.

Benedictine Jubilee 2029 Brand License

The visual identity and digital materials created for the Benedictine Jubilee 2029 (logos, graphics, templates, and related assets) are made freely available to all monasteries, congregations, institutions, and offices belonging to the Benedictine Confederation and the Communio Internationalis Benedictinarum (CIB). These materials may be used worldwide and without royalty for communications, publications, events, and commercial activities conducted by Benedictine institutions.

The materials may not be modified except for technical adjustments necessary for use (such as resizing, cropping, or format conversion). The design, logo, and visual identity must otherwise remain unchanged and must follow the official Jubilee provided brand guidelines.

The materials may not be used by individuals or organizations outside the Benedictine Confederation or CIB unless such use has been expressly authorized or commissioned by a Benedictine entity, or has received written permission from the Benedictine Confederation.

All intellectual property rights in the Jubilee identity remain with the Benedictine Confederation, which retains also the right to forbid or revoke their use for specific uses or users. Use of the materials under this license does not grant permission to register the marks as trademarks, domain names, or similar identifiers.
